Why Everyone Can Celebrate the Awesome Dream of Driving a Porsche
Even If They’re Not Rich or Famous
What are the Secrets of these Fantastic Cars?
Porsches will start every day.
They will last longer.
Older models depreciate, making them affordable.
Find Your Porsche
When shopping for a Porsche, your chosen model should meet the following criteria:
* It should have only one or two owners.
* It should have low mileage.
* It should have no serious accidents and a clean CarFax report.
If you want a specific model, year or color, you may need to search nation-wide.
My Experience
I drove five Porsches over thirty years — none of them new. They were models 356 to 911 and 912. My latest was a 911 cabriolet. The car was terrific, but it was old and had no air bags. And having only a canvas top, it was no longer safe enough.
Number Six
Then I found a 2005 911 coupe in Texas for less than $25,000 — which is far less than the price of most new cars. So, I bought it.
I’ve been driving this car for six years now, and it’s been perfect. It goes fast when I want, and the brakes still function perfectly.
Your Porsche
If you can’t yet afford a Porsche, relax and save your money. Once you are able, you will be grateful that you did.
Once you’ve found your Porsche, you may be sorry you waited so long.
Older Porsches can be driven daily or used on the weekend, depending on your needs.
The key to their reliability is regular maintenance:
* Check and change the oil.
* Top off the cooling system.
* Keep the tire pressure up.
So, find your own Porsche and enjoy the ride!
